Do you guys know what is going on with the Pepito’s on the Strip? It’s under construction and I’m wondering whether it’ll be Pepito’s or something else!
Hi Wendy. According to the last paragraph of this old TuscaloosaNews article (which seems consistent with what I remember hearing a while back), Pepito’s (like Lai Lai) wasn’t allowed to renew their lease. I guess we’ll have to wait and see what goes in there. My guess is yet another rental company lease office…

I drove by and saw that Pepito’s is opening on Hwy 69 South…where Angelene’s used to be…
Hey guys,
I dig the blog, and I’m wondering if you’d consider doing a delivery section. There aren’t many (that I can find) good sites that have information about the places around town that deliver but sometimes I’m too swamped for the eatin’ out experience. Just a thought.
